Sharing thoughts on the Conclave, Mr. Syed Sultan Ahmed - Managing Director- LXL Ideas and Conclave Curator said “The last decade has witnessed a tremendous change in the world around us, yet the education sector has remained the same largely. The technological innovations and societal changes have had a much lesser impact compared to any other industry. There is a need for educationists to learn from the best practices of other industries. Mentor Conclave is bringing together some of the best practitioners from across industries to share their insights and experiences.
The Indian education system doesn’t have much opportunities or forums for educationists and researchers to share their learning and experiences. Thus, this conclave shall help reinforce its position as a premier networking event, where educators, academicians, and professionals with cross-disciplinary interests bridged the knowledge gap.”
Mr. Sultan added, “Recently schools have been facing lots of safety as well as legal and media and, staff and students retention challenges, with this conclave we also aim to learn from the corporate world how they have addressed these issues and help the participants handle situations in future.
The Conclave which has over 400 registrations from the education fraternity this year, aims to identify, inspire, and empower school leaders who are rediscovering education and provide relevant questions for all participants to work with to co-create quality education.
